Abel Rosas, 66, of Oxnard, California, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, at 10:37 am. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Abel will be remembered for his great sense of humor, steadfast dedication, and his deep love for his family.

Abel was proceeded in death by his first wife, Cora Ann Rosas, whom he loved dearly, and is survived by his devoted wife, Alma Rosas, whose companionship brought him comfort and joy. He was a proud and loving father to Martin Rosas; Abel Rosas (Ana Rosas); Bernabe Rosas (Denica Muñoz); and Elizabeth Villavicencio (Leonardo Villavicencio). His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Bryan Rosas, Angela Rosas, Ruben Rosas, Alexis Rosas, and Enzo Villavicencio, each of whom brought him immense pride and joy.

Born to Otilia Ruiz and Pablo Rosas, Abel grew up in a large and loving family alongside his siblings: Ruben, Roberto, Manuel, Jose, Eriberto, Amparo, Leticia, Rosalva, Yolanda, and Flor Rosas. He shared a special bond with each one of his family members, who helped shape him into the adventurous man he became.

Abel built a respected career as a Project Manager for Blois Construction, where his ambition, seriousness and strong work ethic earned him the admiration of his colleagues and contributed to the success of countless projects. He took great pride in his work and the relationships he formed throughout his career.

Outside of his profession, Abel found joy in the simple and meaningful parts of life. He loved fishing, taking on home projects, traveling, and—above all— spending quality time with his family and friends. Abel was a role model to many and left a lasting impression wherever he went. He could brighten the room just by walking in. He gave his loved one's countless memories that will forever be cherished.

Abel's presence, laughter and guidance will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will forever remain in our hearts.
