Albert "Ivy" Franco of Oxnard, CA was born in Ventura, CA on October 27, 1951, and passed away peacefully at home on April 27, 2026, surrounded by his loving wife and family.

Albert was the son of Fernando Franco and Carmen Franco Fuentes. He was preceded in death by his siblings Richard, Amrnado, Anita, and Margie.

Albert is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Kathleen Franco; his children, Albert Jr. "AJ" and Erika Franco, Genessa, Sarah, Corina, Christina, and Monica Franco; 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his siblings Manuel and Bobby and Evie Franco Ray and Alice Franco, Danny, and Ernie; along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Albert spent many years working in construction and as a painter. He took pride in his hard work and was known for his dedication and strong work ethic. Outside of work, Albeert loved playing his guitar, spending time with his grandchildren, and teaching them how to draw. His kindness, creativity and love for his family will always be remembered.

Albert "Ivy" Franco will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
