Angelina Teresa Inez

May 2, 1940 – August 8, 2026

Angelina Teresa Inez, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2026, at the age of 86, following a long illness. She was surrounded by the love and memories of the family who meant everything to her and her faith in God that was her unwavering source of strength throughout her entire life.

Angelina was born in Ventura, California, on May 2, 1940, to Jose and Amalia Rodriguez. She was preceded in death by her parents and many of her siblings. She is survived by Richard, her beloved Husband of 64 years, her sons Richard Jr, Christopher and David; sisters Carmen and Rosemary and many nieces and nephews.

For 64 beautiful years, Angelina was the devoted wife of her beloved husband, Richard Inez. Their life together was built on love, devotion, faith, family, and countless memories and adventures. She especially loved her trips to Las Vegas and Yosemite with her family and friends.  Angelina loved Richard deeply and cherished the life they shared raising their family in Santa Paula surrounded by family and friends.

Above all else, Angelina loved her family. She was a devoted mother who poured her heart into her three sons: Richard Jr. and his wife, Christine; Christopher and his wife, Rana; and David and his wife, Carmen. Her greatest joy was watching her family grow, and seeing her children become parents and welcoming grandchildren and great-grandchildren into her life.

Angelina was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren: Ashley (Fred), Erick, Nyna, Ryan (Megan), Emilee (Lauren), David Jonah, Jacob, and Ethan. She was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren: Aliyah, Ace, Renee, Mia, Zayde, Madison, Mila, and Stetson.

Her family was the center of her world, and the love she gave so freely will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her husband, her deep love for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and the joy she found in caring for those she loved.

Angelina leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will continue throughout the generations of her family. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing that the love she gave them will never fade.  Her faith in God was her strength and stay and her example will continue to remind those whose lives she touched to trust in God and to treasure faith as one of life's greatest gifts.

With gratitude for the life she shared with them, Angelina's family now commends her to God's mercy and loving care. They pray that she may rest in peace.  She loved her family more than anything, and she was loved more than words can say.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.

Amen.
