It is with a heavy heart to write this letter to honor and remember my beloved brother, Carlos Perez. The loss of such a cherished soul has left a void in our lives that can never be filled.

Carlos, A miracle son, special brother, beloved Tio, admired cousin, dear nephew, a grandparents dream and a loyal companion. Carlos was born to Lilia and Antonio Perez on October 17 th , 1985. Despite his medical challenges and physical complications due to his premature birth, he was determined to live. He fought against all odd and made it to share his life with all of us for 39 years. Carlos is the epitome of inspiration a source of faith and a perfect example of god's miracle. Through his tough yet blessed life, Carlos showed us by example what it means to survive and most of all what it means to fully live. He was kind, generous, and had an infectious laughter that touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. To put it simply, he was a down-as-foo. Whether he was lending a helping hand, giving you a lecture that you will never forget, or sharing a moment of joy, Carlos had a way of making the world a brighter place.

As we navigate through this difficult time, we find solace in knowing that Carlos lived a life full of love and happiness. His spirit will continue to live in the hearts of those who loved him, and his legacy will be remembered with fondness and respect.

To all who knew and loved Carlos, let us come together to celebrate his life and the beautiful impact he had on our lives. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his memory will forever remain a guiding light in our hearts.

Es con gran pesar que escribo esta carta para honrar y recordar a mi amado hermano, Carlos Perez. La pérdida de un alma tan querida ha dejado un vacío en nuestras vidas que nunca podrá ser llenado.

Carlos, un hijo milagroso, hermano especial, querido tío, admirado primo, querido sobrino, el sueño de los abuelos y un compañero leal. Carlos nació de Lilia y Antonio Perez el 17 de Octubre de 1985. A pesar de sus desafíos médicos y complicaciones físicas debido a su nacimiento prematuro, estaba decidido a vivir. Luchó contra todas las adversidades y logró compartir su vida con todos nosotros durante 39 años. Carlos es una muestra de la inspiración, una fuente de fe y un perfecto ejemplo del milagro de Dios. A través de su vida dura pero bendecida, Carlos nos mostró con su ejemplo lo que significa sobrevivir y, sobre todo, lo que significa vivir plenamente.

Era amable, generoso y tenía una risa contagiosa que tocaba la vida de todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo. En pocas palabras, era un Chingon. Ya fuera prestando una mano amiga, dándote una charla que nunca olvidarás, o compartiendo un momento de alegría, Carlos tenía una manera de hacer el mundo un lugar más brillante.

You reminded us to never take a moment for granted, to live fully and freely, and to hold tight to the ones who matter most. And even now, as you've taken on your roles as our guardian angels, your love continues to guide us.

We will honor you as you would have wanted—by celebrating life to the fullest. We'll dance with the same abandon you both had, laugh until our sides hurt, and cherish every hug and smile.
