Frank "Pepe" Flores was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-greatgrandfather, cousin, uncle, and friend whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and love to everyone around him.

He passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving behind a family who will forever carry his love, strength, generosity, and kindness in their hearts.

To those who knew him best, Frank was more than the words used to describe him—he was a steady hand, a caring heart, and a source of wisdom that guided generations.

Frank was born and raised in Fillmore, California, on January 1, 1933. He was the son of Francisco Delgado Flores and Guadalupe Sanchez.

Frank was the brother of Helen Flores, Rachel Guerrero, and Elsie Tello.

Frank dedicated his life to his family and his work, but his greatest mark was left in the lives of the people who were fortunate enough to know and love him.

As a father and grandfather, Frank was a constant source of strength, guidance, and encouragement. He showed his love through his actions, his quiet wisdom, and the way he was always there when his family needed him.

He taught his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren the value of kindness, integrity, perseverance, and family. He took great pride in their accomplishments and supported them in every pursuit.

Frank was a proud Korean War veteran who served in the United States Army as a medic on the front lines. He was awarded a Purple Heart and two Bronze Stars, one with "V" for Valor.

Frank retired from Lake Casitas Municipal Water District, where he worked as a Purchasing Agent for twenty years.

Throughout his life, Frank found joy in the simple things that brought family together— camping trips, fishing, car shows, and sharing his love for old cars, especially his 1939 Chevys.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Lulu Mae Flores, and his daughter, Eloise Marie Flores. He is survived by his daughters Elaine Vasquez, Edna Yepez (Ben), Elana Flores Valenzuela, and Emily Flores-Herrera (Louis).

Frank will be dearly missed and forever remembered for his love, courage, strength, wisdom, and unwavering support. His life was a blessing to his family, and his memory will continue to live on in the stories, traditions, and love he leaves behind.

Our family would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation and love to Marlene Lewis for the love, companionship, and joy she brought to our Dad's life.

We are deeply grateful to his caregivers, especially Marcello and Amanda Duffau, Rose O'Neil, and Diana Alfaro, for their patience, love, and countless hours of care for our Dad.
