Janice Luceil Lowry was born on October 22, 1934, in Ventura, California. She was raised in Santa Paula, California and lived there until 2024 when she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to be close to her daughter. Janice passed away on December 07, 2025. Janice is survived by her sisters Vivian, Karen, and brother Stewart. She is also survived by son Doug and daughter Doylene, daughter in law Kim, and son in law Terry. Janice leaves behind four grandkids, Michelle, Jason, Dustin, and Jessica, and six great grandchildren. Janice is preceded in death by her husband Doyle who passed away in 2016, and grandson Travis who passed away in 2014. She will be missed greatly by all her remaining family members. Janice was married to Doyle Kelley from 1954 to 2016. She worked in banking for several years before becoming employed by the County of Ventura. After retiring from the county, she enjoyed traveling and camping with her husband in their motorhome. She also enjoyed spending time with family, especially her mother Avis who passed away in 2001.
