It is with deep sadness that we the family of Mary Navarro Reyes announce her peaceful passing on February 17th 2024. She passed away at home. Surrounded by her loving family, by her side, at the age of 94. She graduated from Santa Paula Union High School in 1948 playing softball. In her younger years she worked at Santa Paula packing house and in 90s Mervyns in Ventura.

In 1954 she was married to the love of her life John C. Reyes, had three children Randy, Larry, and Lorraine. She was a homemaker, making tortillas, and her famous Potato salad and fruit salad. She enjoyed traveling, bike riding, going to the easter seals pool, just enjoying life and making many memories. Most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

She is proceeded in death by her late husband John, parents Rafael & Esther, and 8 sisters. is survived by her children Randy (Virginia) Reyes, Larry (Gina) Reyes and Lorraine (Michael) Cardenas. 7 Grandchildren Christa (William) McCutcheon, Maranda (Sean) McLemore, Joe (Vanessa) Cardenas, Victor (Katy) Barrios, Randy Jr (Myra) Reyes, Steven (Ashley) Reyes, Christopher (Akane) 22 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
