It is with great sorrow that our Beloved mother has passed away after a brief illness. Melinda Acosta Urrutia (Molly), left us to be with our Lord on December 13, 2024. Molly was born in Redondo Beach, California to Esiquio and Clotilde Acosta, on August 22, 1942.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years Ramon (Monchi) Urrutia and her five children, Ramon Jr. (Guero) wife Patti, Juan Esiquio (Zeke) wife Penny, Melinda (Muneca) Castaneda, Mario (wife Letty), Sabrina (husband Jose), her fifteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, whom she all loved and adored. She is preceded in death by her son Frankie, and most recently her son Mark. She is also survived by four sisters, three brothers and many beloved nephews and nieces.

Our mother Molly loved dancing and listening to "Oldies but Goodies".  She also loved camping in Yosemite with her Family. Mom loved cooking and we will miss her famous potato salad and delicious Menudo, tortillas, and Chile con carne.
