Obituary

**In Loving Memory of Oscar Olivares Manzo**

Oscar Olivares, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on June 28th, 2024 at the tender age of 45. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him, for he was a beacon of laughter, joy, and kindness.

He was Born on October 1, 1978 in Zamora Michoacán, Mexico, and grew up in Santa Paula, California. He attended Santa Paula Union High School and graduated from Ventura College.

Oscar brought light into the lives of everyone he encountered. His infectious laughter and quick wit could lift any spirit, making every day brighter. He had an uncanny ability to find humor in the simplest things, and his jokes and stories were legendary among friends and family. A dedicated fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and a serious debater of Landscape Politics, he loved to travel. Always looking for adventures with those inspired to do the same.

Beyond his sense of humor, Oscar was a compassionate and generous soul. He was always the first to offer a helping hand, whether to a friend in need or a stranger but specially to his mom. His selflessness knew no bounds, and his acts of kindness were numerous and heartfelt.

Though his time with us was far too short, Oscar's impact was profound. He taught us the importance of laughter, love, and generosity. His spirit will live on in the countless lives he touched and the memories we hold dear.

Oscar is survived by his loving Mother , Ana Maria Olivares, his siblings, Margarita, Maria Teresa, Jaime, Arturo, Joel, Maria Dolores, Gonzalo, Javier, Ana, Veronica, numerous nieces, nephews, close cousins & a wide circle of friends who became like an extended family. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Oscar was welcomed in Heaven by his late sister Sylvia and his late father Joel C. Olivares. We take comfort in knowing they are reunited.

The Family appreciates the love and support. We Thank you with a mended heart.

Rest in peace, Oscar . Your laughter and love will echo in our hearts forever.
