Another Angel has received her wings: It is with much Sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved mother and family Matriarch, Praxedes T. Walters. Mother went home to be with the Lord Monday September 1, 2025, surrounded by her family. Praxedes was born in Bocas Del Toro, Panama on May 30, 1937, she attended school under the Panama school system, she also received her licenses in Nursing Assistant in Panama as well as the United States. Praxedes relocated to the United States in 1988, she was employed with Oxnard Manor and the Glenwood Convalescent Home in Oxnard, CA until her retirement.

Praxedes was known as a Prayer Warrior Leader, she loved the Word of God, she received Christ and was baptized at an early age, she joined Saint Paul Baptist Church, Oxnard, CA. in 1995.

Praxedes leaves to mourn her children: Glenda Wallace-Solmon, Faith Wallace-Blair, Janina Wallace-Gonzalez, Jessica Hudson, Magaly A. Mayes, Bert Wallace, Pame Wallace-Nunn, James Wallace, Patricia Dupree, brother Alberto Manuel Solis, Sister Maria Luisa Solis. (26) Grandchildren, (43) Great grands, (1) great great-grand.
