Rene
Ulloa
Aug 28, 1984 — Aug 13, 2024
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rene Ulloa, age 39, on August 13th, 2024. Rene was born on August 28th, 1984, to his parents, Rosalio and Porfiria Ulloa.
He was a 2002 graduate of Rio Mesa High School. Rene began his career in sales and finance immediately after graduating high school, a passion he pursued for the next 15 years.
From an early age, Rene had a love for the arts, especially music and film. He spent many years curating playlists for his loved ones, sharing his passion with those around him. Rene also had a deep interest in technology and research, always eager to learn and explore new ideas. In recent years, he dedicated much of his time to expanding his knowledge and sharing his discoveries with friends and family.
Rene had a deep love for his friends and family and cherished the time he spent with them. He often shared stories of his childhood in El Rio with the next generation, reminiscing about the adventures and joy he found growing up in a close-knit community. Proud of his roots, Rene was a lifelong Raiders fan and had a passion for cars. He loved recounting stories of fun times with his best friends, several of whom preceded him in death. It brings us comfort to imagine Rene reunited with them in heaven, sharing laughter once again.
He is survived by his daughter Melanie; his parents, Rosalio and Porfiria; his siblings – Saul (Araceli), Gabriel (Paula), Rosalio Jr. (Yvette), and Lola (Howard); his nieces and nephews – Helena (Ryan), Rosalio III, Anahizza (Ergil), Isaiah (Taylor), Audri, Sonny, Valerie, Aiden, Matthew, Julian, and Yaretzi; and his great niece – Cleo.
If you feel the need to honor Rene in some way, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to NAMI.org.
"Then Jesus said, 'Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light." Matthew 11:28-30 NLT

"Entonces Jesús dijo: 'Vengan a mí todos ustedes que están cansados y agobiados, y yo les daré descanso. Carguen con mi yugo y aprendan de mí, porque soy apacible y humilde de corazón, y encontrarán descanso para su alma. Porque mi yugo es suave y mi carga es liviana'." Mateo 11:28-30 NVI
