Rosalie "Rosie" Stafford-Noyes passed away December 22, 2024 peacefully with her immediate family by her side.  She is survived by her son, Jason Pierce, of Fillmore, daughter and son in law, Heather and Tyler Miller of Fillmore, Grandson Camden Miller of Fillmore, Sister Glenda Scoggins of Oak View,  Uncle Jerry Jeffries of Bakersfield, best-friend of over 60 years, Jodee Booth-Barnes of Grants Pass, OR  and many cousins, nephews, nieces and so close friends.  She is preceded in death by her Mother, Mildred Rose, Brothers, Georgie Tarpley and Hershel Stafford, her son, Eldon Romp.  She will be missed by her family and so many close friends.
