Rosie Rabago Lopez passed away on December 20, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born in Ventura county and grew up in the small town of Santa Paula, California. She was one of nine siblings to Theodore, Vera, Arthur, Robert, Manuel, Freddy, Nicky, and Francis. Rosie graduated from Santa Paula High School in 1966. In the 70's, she moved and started a family in Los Angeles, California. For a while she was a single working mother raising three young children before she met and married the love of her life  Antonio Lopez, husband of 42 years.

For many years, she had worked in the Residency Department and was a secretary to the Vice Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Los Angeles County + University Southern California Hospital. She cared for and helped so many who walked into her office when guidance was needed. Rosie was a natural at easing one's worries, a skill so meaningful many loved her for it.  When Rosie retired, she moved to Arizona with her husband and spent the remainder of her life in Phoenix. She was full of joy, a great listener, and one to lean on for comfort when needed. Rosie leaves behind her husband Antonio, her loving Pitt bull, daughters Jacqueline (husband Carlos Calderon), Lucia (husband Charles), Cindy, niece Ruby Martinez, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, grand-pets, and great-grand-pets.
